I truly feel you are correct . My wife and i never mind paying a liitle more for something if the service is better. We like to ask vendors this simple question. What sets you apart from your competitors? And then we just sit QUIETLY and wait for an answer. It is amazing the answers you will get . But then there is the few who have tremendous answers to that question and you know they have good reasons to believe they are set apart because they are . So what sets you apart from your competitors????
